The Quiet Zone

These poems are written about the Quiet Zone and the surrounding and nearby area. There’s so much to see and do in West Virginia! The Quiet Zone is in Greenbank, West Virginia near the radio telescopes. They keep out any interference such as from a cell phone where the telescopes are so it doesn’t affect their research. It’s fun to walk amongst the telescopes! They sit among the pine trees. The area is beautiful and isolated.

Cows vs Aliens

I like to imagine what’s up above. I like to visit the radio telescopes in West Virginia. On the way to the GBT, Great Big Thing, or one of the largest telescopes around, there’s a cow pasture. The cows lie right down in front of it and don’t seem to concerned about finding any proof of signs of life in the universe. If we were visited by aliens, the cows probably wouldn’t care then, either. Somehow, I bet us humans would. Who would win? The cows or the aliens? These poems try to answer those questions and more! Keep your eyes and ears open and always but always stay alert!

Beach Party!

Another trip to the beach with these beach poems in my new beach poetry book! Can I say beach enough in this post? Probably not! The sun, the surf, the sound of the ocean simply lends itself to writing.

In this new poetry book, you’ll get 3 books of poetry in the collection. The poetry books are Beachcombers, Beach Music and Beach Party! Let’s get back to the beach … today!
